Dorrigo National Park

Dorrigo National Park is part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia, the name given collectively to over fifty remnant rainforests in New South Wales and South-eastern Queensland, protected and recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Today these form the most extensive areas of diverse types of rainforest to be found anywhere on the globe. This fantastic postcard shows the Crystal Shower Falls on the Wonga Walk inside Dorrigo National Park. The falls can be viewed from a suspension bridge or from a cavern behind them. Many thanks to Jemma, for this great card also the wonderful stamps, much appreciated!

Aboriginal Children of Australia

This lovely postcard, shows two Aboriginal Children of Australia walk along the sand hand in hand, was sent on 18th October from Perth last year as my birthday card. "Aboriginal children at one with the Earth, the Mother", this kind of art sounds interesting and peaceful. More about Aboriginal Australia Art can be found here.
Thank you very much my brother Kyle Wang, for this special postcard full of blessing and friendship!

Great Barrier Reef, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981, is the world's largest coral reef system located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland, Australia. Kevin even got the cute postage paid mark in the post office of the Green Island for me.

Cataract Gorge, Tasmania

Tasmania is the smallest state of Australia. It is promoted as the natural state and famous for its beautiful landscapes. Almost 45% of Tasmania lies in reserves, national parks and World Heritage Sites. The Cataract Gorge, situated in the heart of  Launceston, the second largest city of Tasmania, providing a spectacular walk along the Gorge pathway from Kings Bridge to the First Basin and Cliff Grounds. The Gorge, as the locals call it, is a unique natural formation within a two-minute drive of central Launceston - a rare natural phenomenon in any city.  Thank you so much Jill, for this gorgeous postcard from Tasmania and the beautiful stamps,  much appreciated !
