Thank you very much, my friend Irina from Bulgaria, for this wonderful postcard of Sofia, the capital and largest city of the country. This card shows many famous and popular buildings in the city, especially the one in the middle, the
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, which is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the country, also one of Sofia's symbols and most popular tourist attractions. The stamps are great too. The mini-sheet was issued in 2012 and is devoted to the Games of the XXX Olympiad London, which highlights one of the traditional strongholds of Bulgaria: the rhythmic gymnastics. The other lovely stamp was issued in 2010 with the topic "Children's books", as part of the Europa annual joint issue of stamps with a common design or theme. Much more than appreciated !
